Xiao-Ling Huang 黄肖玲 Professor College of Light Industry, Liaoning University, China Ph.D. in control theory & control engineering, Northeastern University, China Specialties: Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Production Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, Evolutionary Computation and Applications. E-mail: hxiao0@.lnu.edu.cn or hxiao0@yahoo.com.cn l Brief Biography Xiao-ling Huang received a bachelor's degree in radio-technology, a M.S in communication & electronic system and a Ph.D. in control theory & control engineering, all from Northeastern University, China. She was a Ph.D. student of Academician of Chinese Engineering Academy, IEEE Fellow, IFAC Fellow, and academician of International Eurasian Academy of Science Tianyou Chai. She has served as an Assistant Professor at School of Information Science & Technology, Liaoning University, China, and now she is a Professor at School of Light Industry, Liaoning University, China. She has published more than 20 technical papers in international journals and conferences.
